A bit pricey but great place to live

Over the past few weeks, I was kind of feeling that I got the short end of the stick with these apartments. The remote control for the TV in the fitness center was missing for like 2 months and no one on staff seemed to care. I had to make 3 calls to get my shower drain unclogged.
As I have been apartment hunting with a friend of mine in the north part of Atlanta (dunwoody/perimeter area up through roswell), I've realized what a great place Estates of Dunwoody is. I'm pretty picky about where I live. I suggested that my friend use an apartment hunter to find a place like I did. She narrowed down her search slowly and we checked out a few places that were only acceptable but not preferable. I remembered that when I went to my apartment hunter and gave her all the things I wanted in a home, Estates of Dunwoody was the only place that fit what I want.
Nowhere else could I find...built in bookshelves and computer desk, all black appliances, hard wood floors, LOTS of storage space, fitness center, business center with internet AND fax, clubhouse with pool, pool table, coffee bar and tv, I could go on and on. The staff is friendly and even if you have to ask them a few times to get something done, they try their hardest to prioritize tasks and keep you happy. This is a great place to live and the location rocks.
So many places my friend looked at had unprofessional staff, shoddy maintenance, and only slightly appealing amenities. Not so with my place...which made me feel nice. If you're a young professional and having everything you need close to where you live is important to you, you'll love this place. I rarely deal with noise, have seen few children roaming around, and I have valet trash pick up (that's really handy). Pick this place!
