Do not move in to this complex. When I came here to sign my lease the management was great. To my amazement when I moved in a month later, the management was changing and believe me these are the rudest people you have ever spoken to. I think they have forgotten their job is customer service.
Secondly, when you need things fixed they make promises they do not keep. It will usually take them a few days to handle your problem.
I know that police are called here due to noise complaints and also as another reviewer mentioned there are children playing in the parking lots. It's usually young boys passing a basketball and if they hit your car....OH WELL!
Yes, the apartments are beautiful and spacious but I guess it depends on what you are willing to deal with. Location is great too, however I am looking forward to my lease ending and then I will be moving to another Dunwoody location.
