Before I left the Estates, I learned that the complex had a leasing agreement with a drug rehab program that had all sorts of questionable people moving in. Of course, this information wasn't disclosed. I learned of this at a community meeting from a tenant who asked why this was being allowed. I saw changes immediately in terms of the quality of the community. Then new managment rolled into town and things went down hill even faster. The grounds were always filthy and management ignored my complaints for months to clean up. It took them 3 months to pressure wash the stairs and clean the grounds that were both kept clean weekly until they showed up. It was a great location several years ago, but not recommended now.

I think that you have been misinformed about the drug rehab. That doesn't even make sense because even if that was true how would you know. I know that the people in the leasing office are not allowed to disclose information about the people that live here. Also, it has been 2 years since you lived here so why are rating now. I have lived here for nearly a year now and love my apartment and I have met a lot of great people here. All my neighbors seem very professional.
