I miss the old Estates of Dunwoody . . .

I was so happy when I first moved into the Estates of Dunwoody about a year and a half ago. Karen was the manager then, and the property was extremely different in terms of cleanliness, safety, etc. Since the date of my move-in, the atmosphere and surroundings are progressively worse. One point to note is that our complex recently experienced a rash of burglaries. Five apartments in various buildings were hit, during daytime hours I might add. I was astounded. I know that it's the holiday season and the crime rate is up, but give me a break. We pay way too much rent to be living in such conditions. The breezeways are always dirty and smelly. The overall feel of the people who now live here is not professional. I know for sure that I will NOT be renewing my lease and I won't be making any referrals either. Hopefully, this complex will get its act together soon. Otherwise, the new apartment complex being built next door is going to steal all of their tenants.
