We were excited about the price and the location, but soon after we moved in we realized there were huge problems. The sealent on the hardwoods come off on your feet when you walk barefoot, there are roaches two-three inches in length all over the place, old hardly working appliances are in the kitchen, paper thin walls and parking that is gone after 8pm. We don't bother asking matiance to fix anything for us, the main woman is useless, creepy and shouldn't be doing the maintance work. Chris in the office is a nice guy, but something tells me that he is not all there and fits the description of the maintance woman as well.

At only $570 a month in Candler Park, I suppose you cannot ask for much...but at least the roaches should be taken care of!! Disgusting!!

I cannot wait till our lease is up, I'd rather pay a little more and get more benefits than this dump.
