My boyfriend lived at Euclid Court Apartments up until a few months ago. He'd been there about 18 months when he moved out.
The apartments are pretty basic, but they're well maintained and very reasonably priced. Maintenance and management always took care of any problems in a reasonable amount of time.
True, the amenities weren't a huge draw ( no pool, no fitness center, etc. ), but the necessities were there ( laundry room ) and there were other things closeby that were available ( public tennis and basketball courts ).
The air conditioning was window units and the heat was by gas wall-furnace.
All in all, the apartment filled all the needs but without any of the frills.
If you don't need the frills or if you don't want to pay for them, I think Euclid Court's a pretty good bargain.

I disagree, the management is terrible. They have hired a maintance person who sometimes know how to repair somethings and sometimes does not. There is a roach problem also and management refuses to spray or take care of it. The grounds are poorly lit, our car was broken into as well as a few others. I would not reccommend these apartments to anyone!
