Euclid Courts has a terrible manager who never follows through on anything and when confronted about an issue he has a excuse or becomes argumentive. There is a serious roach problem there as well. My boyfiend and I have both gotten our cars broken into there is not enough adequate lighting there . The parking lots are very dark at night. Trash is left out in the open for days. The owners do not care as long as they are full of residents and they are getting their money every month. New managment is definitely needed.

I totally agree, the manager ib terrible, he is rude, slack, and does not tell the truth. I had a problem with my air conditioner and I called him several times.... 8 to be exact and he says he never got the message. the apartments are cheap but the manager and maintence are horrible. There is always a high turn over in Euclid Courts Apts. Please DO NOT rent from these folks. Roaches, Terrible manager, bad maintence,poor lighting, loud residents. |
