I do not recommend this apartment complex--I lived there for years and thought I had been dealing with responsible, upstanding owners and managers--unfortunately, I was wrong. I had never been delinquent with the rent, but was evicted in retaliation for taking out a warrant on a mentally challenged maintenance worker who had assaulted me with a deadly weapon and on a previous occasion had attempted a sexual assault in the laundry room (but was a source of cheap labor). He had a long history of making unwanted sexual advances to female tenants, which was known to management. The owners and managers gave false testimony under oath, but unfortunately could afford to throw out thousands of dollars on a high-powered law firm. I fought it as long as I could, but they got a judge to use a legal maneuver known as a motion for summary judgment and I was denied a jury trial! If you have problems with this or any landlord, contact CEO (Commission on Equal Opportunity) Fair Housing--they have a file on the owners of this place.
