I have lived here since Feb 09 and I like it alot. The apartments are perfect for one person. Chris ,the leasing office fellow, has always been nice. I have never had to call the maintance people for anything. The rent is resonable and so are the utilities. I have seen rats on the premises however. Thats kind of gross and there have been roaches that occasionally come into my apartment but thats expected in the Summer. Laundry is a bit expesnive but the machines are huge which is nice. I like pretty well so far.
