My review pretty much sums up the entire complex. Will not find anything this close to Downtown/Midtown for the price or quality. Maintainence man is awesome! The huge drawback is that a car is broken into at least once a week. This is a pretty significant problem since there are only about 50-60 cars in the lot. People in the complex are starting to put up flyers warning others about this problem. If Management would put in some type of rental security personnel, this would be the perfect place to live. Until then, if you move here...keep your fingers crossed.
