I have lived in two different apartments at Fernwood and have been very happy with both. There are several things however.

- Ants can be a problems, however they are not significant if you get your name on the list to get sprayed as soon as you see one. (They spray every Friday Morning)

- Parking can be a problem, but is not a big one. There are always spaces, just not always in front of your apartment.

- I have been thorough 3 different property managers and have been satisfied with all but the second. The current property manager is fairly good. She is very nice and has always been helpful.

- Every now and then I can hear some noise from the apartment above me (radio), but it has never really been a problem.

- I have heard of cars getting broken in to, but have never seen one that has. I think its pretty much like anywhere else in Atlanta; don't leave valuables in plain sight in your car.

- Overall, its not a super deluxe apartment, but for a student, it is great. It is very convienent and definitely a good deal.
