Pros:
-low rent
-great location
-comes with washer and dryer
-pool and grounds kept up nicely
-maintenance man is very prompt, courteous and friendly
-it is on a main road but tucked also away in a neighborhood
-no bug problems (however, we are on the 3rd floor and the apt is kept very clean)
-office staff is pretty good
-not a big complex so even when you can't park right next to or near your unit, it is still not a far distance to walk
-perfect for college students, graduate students, recent graduates, or anyone with a tight budget
-noise between units is not very noticeable
-residents are friendly and generally respectful

Cons:
-older apt community so in order to get cable tv in one of the rooms in my apt the cable line has to be replaced
-rooms aren't the biggest and the closet in the guest bedroom is kind of small
-no on-site gym (but gym memberships are inexpensive)
-dumpster is on the far end of the complex
-cannot have satellites so you have to get Comcast for tv
-no 3 bedrooms available
-not great water pressure, but fixable by buying a new shower head (and be sure to hold down the toilet handle for a while when flushing)

Overall, for the price and location, I can't complain at all. It is a great value and I highly recommend this apt community.
