Although this apartment is close-in and convenient to campus, the security situation is terrible. The parking lot is gated but poorly lit. My vehicle was broken into in December with over $1500 in damages. It was vandalized again last night. The property manager seems powerless to do anything to improve the situation. The residents are not routinely advised of break-ins and the existing part-time guard is spotty.

We plan to move to a better location at the first opportunity.
