Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
1. ANTS. everywhere. They come in through your door, windows, sinks... they even got into my car. When I complained to the desk, they said, "It's Atlanta..."
2. Poorly maintained buildings.
3. Parking lot safety' A joke.
4. Moderate rent, but you get hosed in water payments. Pun intended.

Any positives' Close to downtown.
