I too feel culprit to the fakness of the property manager Sandra Hendrixson. upon moving in she informed me our month to month rental agreement was sufficient, however when I attempted to move out she tried to charge me for additonal months I never agreed upon. Furthermore, she informed me the water bill for my 1 bedroom aparmtnet would not exceed $15 or $20, however due to the "sewage rate," which was brought to my attention after complaining to the water company, of the property the bill would be considerably higher. I paid an average of $85 per month for my 1 bedroom apartment. The units themselves are ok just extremely outdated and the parking is a nightmare. Unless you never leave your apartment good luck finding any parking remotely close to your unit. Back to the water issue, my hot water heater was broken the entire time I lived there. I supposedly had it fixed by the maintenance man 3 times, yet my showers were hot for an average of 4 minutes and running the dishwasher or washing maching the same day of taking a shower was out of the question.
