Ford Factory Square Apartments

This place is crap!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I still live at this place and can't wait to move out. This is sad!!! The security level sucks,all the security is good for is to talk about your life to others. The walls are made of paper. If you face City Hall East, get ready for a view that sucks, there is trash everywhere and homeless people camping outside and having sex in middle of the afternoon. The office does not care about it either. Laundry room sucks, people there have no common sense, they take all the washers and leave their clothes there all day when you want to wash yours. Prepare to spend 3 hours to wash a load of clothes and spend $20.00 because the dryers suck. Another thing you might want to know........there is a porno director that lives there and porno movies are being filmed on the roof, also --- pictures being taking on the roof and empty apartments!! I have been upthere when these events were taking place and I had to leave because that was sick!The elevators are always broken and so is the front door. You can't ever find a place to park outside, unless you want to pay $50.00 for a parking space. Maintenance is sad too, nothing gets done, so if you move there make sure that your apartment is perfect when you move in. Some of the people there are pretty cool, but most of them are stuck up and annoying. People are alwyas smoking in the elevators and trashing the place, the other day there was an used tampon in the elevator. That is just sick!!!There are some very low class people there. Pretty much what I am trying to say is........whatever you do......DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!
