My sister worked here in late 03 as a "sit in" coming in not knowing anything about the place.it's history or what's going on with the residents. first thing that was noticed the neighberhood sucks! homeless all around second the upper mgt are possessive and crooks!! the girls at the desk are watched every move they make if they go to lunch upper mgt wants to know why.the girls are told to lie if they want there job.if a complant comes in just tell them something to the effect we'll get around to it, to get them off you're back. Bottom line things aren't getting fixed becouse the mgt company doesn't want to spend the money!! parking is anything but adequate and or safe.unless you want to pay and extra fee for parking vehicles are always getting broke into and towed. The grounds are a mess the courtyard reaks of bird poop the apts are mostly flats not lofts and the rough floors are painted with black paint just to get by windows and walls leak as repoted by many residents. Untill this place gets better mgt. trust me for the price they are asking, save your money and give it to a company that cares about it's residents and employees.
