Highly Recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived here for six months and I was leary about signing a lease after reading some of the earlier reviews, but I have no regrets now. The day I signed my lease and inspected my apt, I did find a few flaws, but they were addressed the very next day by maintenance and the manager. The maintenance guys always smile and wave and the office staff have always been very polite! As for the disgruntled occupants - they speak for themselves - 1. They should've returned the keys when they were due. 2. Fires are happening throughout apartments in Georgia. 3. Anything but ghetto! Ride through and see for yourself! As I said earlier, this place is great and very convenient to everything!
