Enjoyed my stay From: hdchapman Date posted: 4/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   So, my lease is up in May and I've been a resident for 3 1/2 years, finishing up a 6 month lease. I can say that I'm going to miss my place, but it's time to move into a house. I will miss calling maintenance versus now having to paying a contractors if the situation comes up, the smiles on the staffs faces, or their knowledge of knowing my voice when I've called into the office to make sure they received my rent check. The location is great and you really can't find a one bedroom in the area for under $700. It's a shame that most people come onto sites like these to make complaints and never post or give the persons the "that a girl/boy" pat on the back anymore.
