Management threatening backdating my rent after i gave 30 days written notice (they have cashed my checks with no complaints for 10 months however). Repairs not made. my apartment is falling apart (see picures). Looking forward to vacating at end of September. Managers are difficult.

I think the problem lies more with the property owner and not the property management company. I'd write them a note! Their address is:
