If you like dog ---- all over the place...
If you like secured gates being left/propped open all the time...
If you like crazy lesbo ------- screaming and arguing in the halls at 2AM...
(what was up with that shiznit')
If you like poor maintenance...
If you like loud music, stomping, etc. from surrounding apartments...
If you like motorcycle races on the adjoining streets nightly at midnight...
If you like a view of bums sleeping beneath the overpass...
It's not too bad, but there are definitely areas which need improvement.
