I'm about done with my lease - thank god! Cotton Mills are a nasty ---- hole. There are dogs barking all hours of the night, ---- and piss EVERYWHERE!, nonstop noise. The stench of the grounds is nauseating. I don't know how they are even proud to tour perspective residents around' The resident/dog problem here on top of the poor upkeep and awful construction makes this place like living in the projects.

There are plenty of new and affordable (well taken care of) apartments being thrown up all around the area - so if you're thinking that the 15 ft. ceiling will be awesome, it's not. The Cotton Mills really really suck. You'll agree if and after you disagree with this. i'm not lying. for real. why would i waste my time on some stupid board. this is a warning! DON'T DO IT! Just ask the residents around here.

I still live here and I live in the A bldg. I don't know what kind of noises your hearing and what kind of problems you're having but I love my place. I've got the Garage right below me and I don't hear a peep out of my neighbors. Occasionaly I will hear someone in the hall talking really loud. Maybe you were in the wrong bldg. I will be resigning my lease to stay here another year. One of the guys that lives across from me has been here since they opened. The only problems that I've had was when I moved in I had Maintainence take a tape Measure of mine. So make sure that you're home when they come by to fix something. And I left a table outside of my door when I was moving in because I had to take the legs off of it to fit it in the door. When I came back outside hours later it was gone. That was partly my fault for leaving it outside. The bottom door on the A Bldg has never worked correctly. They fixed it for about 2 days once. but has been broken since then. But in thier defense, they are having to order a whole new door. But I stand by my word. I like it here and enjoy the activities that the complex puts together. I love the movies by the pool. I won free Rent. Twice!! And if you live here and read this you know who I am. :) In the end I WILL be re-signing my lease. Sounds like the other person didn't wanna come off of the $300 to move to another Bldg.. Easy fix in my opinion.
