So you are trying to find a new place to live' Please save yourself and look further. This HOODlum is the absolute worst, unless you prefer living in a cardboard box on Boulevard with your crack pipe laying next to you. Look elsewhere!!!
Safety, attitude and happiness would seem to be the top three reasons why people choose to live where they do. You won't find any of these descriptions here.
SAFETY: Let's start with the gate. The crappy non-working gate. Even though I have and use a clicker to access the front gate has crashed down on my vehicle numerous times. And the gate guards are out to make the average FULTON COTTON MILLS leasee have the worst day possible. When the gate is not working ( all the time), the (sleeping) guards won't let you through the gate even though you have your sticker on your windshield along with clicker in hand. Oh no! You must be the gangster from down tha SKREET trying to brake in and steal something. They would rather stare at you (or sleep) rather than letting you get home to your crappy apartment.
THE SAFETY SECTION CONTINUES WITH THE FRONT DOOR TO YOUR BUILDING: Yeah that's right! The front door to your building sucks too! It usually does not work. When it is in working order, other DUMB residents prop the doors open so they don't have to use their gate card to gain access. L A Z Y!!!WHAT KIND OF SECURE HOME IS THIS' Let me tell you that my insurance on my car went up 20% a month after moving here due to the crime rate in this zipcode area. So why are people leaving the doors wide open to let ANYONE in and do whatever they want'
ATTITUDE: ALmost everyone living or visiting here sucks. No one ever says a HELLO when you pass them in the hall. So if you think you are coming to find people to return a hello- just forget it! It's obvious that their attitudes are poor just like their manners. Take a look at the grounds surrounding this crap hole. Litteraly it is a crap hole. No one believes in picking up after their dog. How hard is it to pick up after your dog when bags are provided for in numerous areas all over the property' I own a dog and I am amazed at the piles of crap that accumulate after one weeks time- thanks to the lazy buttholes that live here.
HAPPINESS: I am curious if any other current residents are at all happy with this crap hole' Please write a message if you read this and post it! I was so fooled by everything when I moved here. Don't exactly know why I moved here ( don't fall for the look and the space CON). I signed a crappy lease- believe me when the lease comes up I am outta here! There are too many bad things about this place to keep me here. Paper thin walls, no parking, DUMB pet owners, dirty residents trashing the hallways and elevators, lame leasing office personel, lame aderhold property employees, rude residents, unsafe environment- NEED ANYONE SAY MORE'
