I am the person who wrote the review "How about a balanced review'". That was when I had only lived here a month. I was enjoying my one-bedroom apartment and trying to make light of some of the less pleasant aspects. I actually convinced my girlfriend to move in with me. We found a lovely, two-story loft and have been suffering in it for about two months.

The rumors of dog pee and crap are true and we now live next to a techno club - or so it seems. And I mean LOUD, booming bass at any and sometimes all hours of the day and night. We have tried asking them to turn it down, we have tried calling security, and finally we have tried police. Now for the best/worst part: Management has sided with my very rude neighbors, and have offered us the choices of moving to another loft, or moving out. We are moving out of what would be a wonderful place to live, if it weren't for the offensive neighbors. I am very sad to leave this place - we were looking forward to at least 14 months here, but we can't get reliable sleep, and during the day it is often unpleasant.

Do not believe the excuses from the leasing office; they have failed in many situations and seem to have no conscience about it.
