You can smell and hear everything, the neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, loud and mostly low-class (at least on my end of the building). They don't pick up after their dogs, and the maintenance people are lazy and unpleasant. It's overpriced for what it is, if you want to live in lofts, don't live in this one. They didn't throroughly clean before I moved in either.
