I made a HUGE mistake by living here. I am actually going to pay to break my lease just so I feel safe and get some peace. This complex is FILTHY-the staff stops being nice once the lease is signed and the neigbors are section 8 gangstas dealing weed. I can only describe the odor as the most unpleasant blend of fried food, pot and dog crap. Hooting and Hollaring go on all hours of the night and the parking lot is constantly full of thugs "chillin". Such a lovely structure to be managed so poorly. The buildings probably saw less wear and tear when they were a mill.

pjkdsfds I kind of get your point but lets say you could afford the $1000 per month rents in this complex. Would you want a bunch of Black men "hanging out" in the parking lot that don't even live there? Or how about a bunch of white men just standing around "chillin"? They have bars for hanging out. Oh thats right. They throw you out if you don't buy anything. Nevermind........
