Ahhh the smell of Folgers waking up, wait a second that's dog pee

Imagine every time you exit your building the smell of dog pee singes your nose hairs like horseradish. Well you dont have to imagine it; you can experience it first hand exiting building C at the "Historic" Cotton Mill Lofts. Management is always a pleasure to deal with, while you wait in the lobby watching the video reel of how the complex use to be, the management finishes their personal call about what they wore to visions the night before, and ask "how may I help you", and 31/2 months later maintenance is there to fix your AC, only to say they have to order a part. Dont get me wrong the apartments are really nice; its just to many riff raffs allowing their dog to piss as they please and spilling malt liquor in the elevator.
