I have lived here since February, 2006.
The only complaint that I have, is that the walls are thin. I am lucky because I am almost totally surrounded by brick.
I can hear my neighbor's stereo, on occasion, but never after quiet time. (10 pm)
I play the piano, so I need to be able to be free to express myself.
Also, I invested in a white noise machine.
It plays the ocean, white noise, rain, etc...It has helped so much.
I love living here, and for the right person, it is great.
Just moved here from the Buckhead area, and hated it.

wait a few months....then you will see the true colors of the office staff. i've lived at these lofts a few years ago and it was great. this time i've been here a year and half and have had nothing but issues - flooding, loud neighbots, nothing gets fixed,etc
