Horrible! Run AWAY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This used to be a nice community with well kept historic buildings, nice staff, and a friendly community. Now the office staff is rude and can't be bothered to deal with resident issues. The property is falling apart and the maintenance staff can barely change a light bulb, let alone fix anything. More and more ghetto people have moved in and brought with them loud parties, car break ins, violent pitbulls that attack the other dogs, and dirty common areas. Instead of completing the clubhouse by the pool, the management dumped a bunch of money into turning a residential apartment into a party room, which they rent out to the section 8 ghetto residents - much to the dismay of the local police and neighbors of this party room.
