HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - DON'T LIVE HERE

I lived here for THREE months with my boyfriend, and the first morning we woke up in our brand new $1300.00 a month loft, we were startled awake by the sound of gospel music at 6:00 am. Picture a church choir sharing a living room wall with you. On the weekends, the gospel became insanely loud rap music. It gets better...neighbors on the other side of our loft moved in, and they immediately began playing techno at all hours of the day and night. Now picture, a techno club on the other side of you. It was really that bad.
In addition, management told my boyfriend and I that WE were the ones with the problem. True story. I can't make myself clear enough. If you really are someone looking for a decent, quiet place to come to every evening, this is not the place for you. Management rents out rooms for private parties, in fact, to certain companies in Atlanta. They actually invite the public into YOUR secure apartment building. And they wonder why there is a problem with vandalism....which there is.
JUST DON'T BE SOLD BY THE CHARMING FOLKS IN THE OFFICE. YOU WON'T BE HAPPY UNLESS YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO PARTIES DURING THE WEEK AND WANTS A PARTY ENVIRONMENT. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
