Anyone in the management office will lie to your face with a smile. They couldn't care less about their tenants. And now they're turning apartments into condos' Let me make this perfectly clear to anyone who buys from these people, you're getting what you deserved because you invested in this place without doing any research on it. If you had, it would take talking to one or two current or former tenants to realize that you'd have to be out of your mind to buy here.
Why' Depending on the management of the moment, they'll let that beautiful pool fall apart. Two years ago it was green. Parents were afraid to let their children get in. Disgusting.
Walls are so thin you can hear neighbors having a simple conversation.
Thin walls also let cigarette smoke in. Don't like your apartment smelling like an ashtray' Better pray a smoker doesn't move in beneath you, to the side of you, or above you.
Multiple dog owners that don't clean up after their dogs. What a beautiful morning! Oh wait, what did I just step in'
Do not believe a word anyone in the office says. Try to make nice with someone from maintenance to find out what's really goin' on. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
