These places are going condo and the crooks in the management company will not disclose all of the structural problems that are present. Floors and walls settling, doors not opening/closing, etc. This place will fall apart more so than it has already. Warn your friends and neighbors if they are looking to buy at "The Stacks"!!!! If you care at all about them, do not let them purchase here. Every bad review is correct from the thin walls to the ghetto neigbors and neighborhood. I lived here and thought about buying until I read up on the problems. STAY AWAY!
