I've read the comments and it seems most of the complaints are from inconsiderate neighbors and poor management.

Human Error.

One quote in particular keeps coming up:
"No one believes in picking up after their dog. How hard is it to pick up after your dog when bags are provided for in numerous areas all over the property'" Sounds like it is the fact that no-one owns any of the properties here... yet.

Regarding the sound issue, that IS a building issue.
I understand they are caulking all gaps between units i the condo conversion to increase the reduction of noise. It won't help give folks manners but maybe this is a new life for the place.

Renters have limited vested interest in property.
Owners have only themselves to help by making this a better place to live.

You'll see a change, and like anything, if you spend more time focusing on solutions it saves you a lot of time and energy.

Right on. Having a stake in the property, its appearance, values, maintenance, is only going to make this a more popular place to live.

They are not going to sell the other half until 2010, have fun until then!
