I disagree with the last post. I haven't seen any dog piss or had any major noise problems yet. I like my apartment and it has been pretty convenient parking wise for me.
The elevator on occasion has been a bit messy but that's due to a few slobs living in the building. Just inconsiderate people but you will have that in any major complex.
The apartments are built cheaply but everything is new and functional.
Over all I prefer the diversity in the building over the dry boring conservative wall to wall carpeted hotel look and feel of other complexs like the Post etc. in the same price point.
Oh yeah, and a great looking pool!
