In the 1 1/2 years of living in FCM . . . I had a friend attacked by a neighbors pit bull, I had a gun pulled on me at the guard gate by a thug. Management did evict the owner of the dog attacker. My identity was stolen from the mailboxes (habitual issue)and the bldg. had a gas leak in the middle of the winter and had no heat for three days. I expected more when paying $1,400 a month, so I moved.

They should really get rid of the low income apartments. That would reall help the issue. The neighborhood is going through a huge transition so getting rid of the negative elements would be a good start.

They have to have the low-income units - it was part of the deal for them to build there and get lower interest loans for renovation. I suspect that they were crooked with these loans as you can see in the corners they cut (i.e. - sub grade drywall poorly cut and slapped up with 3" plastic molding hiding the 2" gap into the next apartment) - among other things... I think Aderhold is a fraudulent slum lord - look at the renaissance lofts and you'll see the same issues.
