Not the best, not the worst

The lofts are asthetically pleasing to live in, the neighborhood was cool, and luckily I had great neighbors while I was there. Other than that, there the redeeming qualities of the property are few and far between.
The number one complaint of mine was definatly dealing with the leasing office. I tried to be pleasant when dealing with them, however that is sometimes difficult when you are only bombarded with an indignant attitude from those that are there to "help" you. The examples of incompetency are too numerous to list. But if you short them 1 penny, they will come after you trying to evict you. If they owe you money, expect to have to call them several times to resolve "accounting mistakes". I am skeptical that is is nothing more than they kind of hope you don't come asking about it since they have happened too many times.
I had a dog, but I can sympathize with the complaints. But to that I say more than anything, vandalism and littering by humans living in the lofts was a much bigger problem.
I think there are probably better loft communities to live in around Atlanta, and I would encourage anyone asking me about the lofts to check those out, because I don't consider FCML a desirable place to live.
