This loft community might look nice and it actually is pretty cool, but the thing that really gets to me and makes my blood boil everytime I come home is that this place is run by the most idiotic management staff on the plant!! I have rented apartments in many places, including New York City, Boston, Dallas, and even in Europe, and I have never had the pleasure to work with such an incompetent leasing and management staff. Half the time the staff at the Cotton Mill does not know what is going on. They lie to your face and then make some excuse to cover up thier lies. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!! Even if it is written in the lease they will come up with some excuse to deny what is written in black and white!! Trust me save yourself some headaches and go live somewhere else. I have lived here long enough, that now I am just counting my days till my lease is up and I can get out of this hell hole. And for those of you thinking of buying, forget it!! Its not worth it go buy a new condo somewhere else in midtown or east atlanta. The Sales people are just as bad as the managment office, and take some advice from someone with many years of architectural experience, this place is not worth the money.
