Work in progress From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The place has its good and bad points. The traffic jam at the gate ticks me off every other day exspecially when it goes down to Agave on Fridays (minus). The complex is pretty well laid out other than that. The eating places on Carrol St. are great( big plus). This is a very diverse place to live and have met sooo many different types of people (plus). I haven't had a single run in with the management so I cant speak on that other than that they cash my rent checks(plus). They Have a great gym that I was shown when I moved in that for some reason the people that live here cant use (huge minus)
