...Then Fulton Cotton Mills is for you. The walls and floors are unfinished in even their premium rentals, so if your neighbor likes to light up a joint every few hours every single day, then you're in for a skunky hot-box treat.
Management and maintenence have ignored FIVE work orders to get my unit sealed properly with caulk along the edges. All my clothes and furniture stink of weed and cigarettes.
They probably don't care because the company that owns the property has well-known plans to sell all the apartments as condos as soon as they have permission from the city. They'll just fix them up a little better later and dump them off for big $. The renters are treated like a nuisance for the time being.
