Very poor management

Cabbagetown is a wonderful neighborhood and the Fulton Cotton Mill Loft units are fine. The main issue is that the management is poor. They have done a terrible job of navegating the transition from all rental to rental and purchase units. For example, the gym shown to everyone on the tour of the lofts is now only for owners. Management sent out flyers one day saying it was closed for remodelling and just didn't notify the renters when it was reopened and suddenly required a separate access card.
Additionally, management recently towed 30 resident's cars (costing $125 to retrieve) to renovate parking, but sent all the notices out during the holidays when people were away. This is how the management operates. If you can deal with that, you might like living here. I'd personally get out of the lease I currently have here if it wouldn't cost me a month of rent because the management creates a very negative environment.

In addtion to the towing fiasco, we just received notice that we will no longer be able to have any guests park on the property. Management is horrible, and not worth the hassle of living here.
