Worst Management Ever and it Will Cost You!

Loved the space and couldn t afford anything similar in NYC(our previous home.) Management is simply awful. We just found out that due to construction of a new parking deck no guests will be
allowed to park on the property for the next five months. Even worse, there is not enough parking at night for the regular residents. A number of residents (with permits displayed) had to park in unofficial spaces. Even though they were not in fire lanes or blocking others, management had them towed at their expense. We recently received a letter that all parking rules were still in effect, and all the inconvenience was simply to make the complex better. It s funny about the rules being in effect, because I ve seen members of management parking in the Handicapped spaces that are close to the office.
Management also removed the trash bins next to our building and the only bins remaining are on the other side of the complex. Yes, it s a
hassle, and some of the lazier tenants are just piling their trash
outside the door of the building. Not to mention the roof leaks
we ve had for over a year, the broken front door that has allowed anyone to enter our building for months, the vandalism, the trash-strewn halls after weekend partying Management should be ashamed of the exploitation of their tenants, and not try to sell the us the line that they're only interested in upgrading the property. We are in the market to buy now, but there s no way would we stay here. For anyone in the market to buy here, don't think it will be better for owners. The same management staff will be involved, so it will be horrible, horrible, horrible!
By the way, responders, it's not very nice to call your neighbors silly and stupid. As an owner in H building, you have not had the experiences we have had in E building. I am good tenant, and I expect to be treated as such. I don't need judgements thrown down from the pedastals of "The Lofters" on my character, my tastes, or the validity of my personal complaints.

Stop whining you silly, stupid neighbors of mine. I???ve lived here for 4 (four) years and guess what? You DO have a choice and I believe management picked the best option for us. Either our guests park off the property or WE park off site. I personally pay my rent (on time) for my parking! I would much rather park here and let my guests and my neighbor???s guests park elsewhere. How do you expect any property to building a huge parking deck and let the world park in the lots. Just SHUT UP! dr

I just came across this website and I love it! I live in the H building and I COMPLETELY feel your pain. Parking is terrible and I also had my car towed prior to the construction process.
