Here is the truth about Cotton Mill Lofts and The Stacks: The property is awesome. Great pool, GREAT LOCATION, and phenomenal fitness center. In addition, the lofts are beautiful. However, you can hear your neighbor have a conversation and there is minimal parking due to construction that all residents and tenants were advised of TWO WEEKS before construction began. This resulted in me getting my car towed and now I am forced to park on Carrol St. because there is no parking when I get home late at night. When I brought the situation to management's attention, they DID NOT follow up with me and nothing was done to compensate me. In my opinion, KEEP LOOKING!!!
