There isn't a hand big enough to slap you with. I can't believe anybody is that stupid. Most people know Aderhold is a slumlord. Most people know the mills were thrown up half assed with corners cut. Most people know it's filled with puke, garbage and dog feces... It's Been going on for 5 years now... And if you're new in town - it doesn't take much research and word of mouth to find out how much it sucks. what a buncha freakin idiots... Paying condo fees to live where' duh... Have fun selling that P.O.S. idiots...

Honestly, what is wrong with you people? You have some real issues if you are trying to put down the homeowners of these lofts. The homeowners are the people who are going to make the lofts a better place. You renters can move on to "greener pastures" until you figure out that sucks too; and then you'll continue to whine, pack up, and move on to your next unhappy experience. Have fun with that while the homeowners are owning a place that is appreciating in value more and more each year. Who is the "idiot"? Apparently, in your deluded opinion, it's the person who is investing and making money. I think it's you and all of the others who have these mindless and skewed perspectives. There's nothing that bothers me more than a person who thinks illogically. Kudos to Aderhold for phasing you people out. Good riddance.

I think they were calling you an idiot because you spent 260,000-280,000 on a place that shares thin walls, has no private property and is filled with dirtbags when you could have bought a larger home for less in a similar location. (Without having to pay condo fees) AND you would have had a better investment. Especially when there are so many new condos going up that are cheaper, nicer and don't have renters on board. Who s going to want to buy yours? Be prepared for offers around 200. (now that the bubble is busting) or you can try and get out now - there may be some time left to sell to someone just as dumb.
