FORGET it if you think this place is cool, it is the owrst piece of junk apartment in Atlanta. I lived here for over 2 years and I am not sure how I survived. Forget about all the noise and loud talking, that can happen anywhere. Instead, the worst thing about this place is the crappy managment. They cheat you, they lie to you in your face, they treat you like ----, and when you try to do something against them they are protected by georgia state law, which gives them the right to treat you like crap. I had ---- floating in my bath tub from the sewage backing up into my apartment and no one came to fix it for 3 days!! I had to hire an attorney to force them to come and fix it. I had a flood in my apartment and no one gave a dam, they basically told me to get out of their face, they are not responsible!! Everytime I call the office they lie to me about something, they change the lease around to meet their needs, and screw the tenanats. Also if you think you are safe, watch yourself. I have seen two people stabbed on the way to the subway, as well as drug deals going on under the bridge. I ahve to say too, I have lived in other majot urban ares, but nothing tops the experience I had at the cotton mill. WORST place in atlanta!! Stay away and never come back.
