I have had a terrible experience from the time I moved in. They have lost my certified payments TWICE... I provided proof but they filed eviction anyways so I had to come out of my pocket to pay rent again and wait for my check to be reimbursed by the bank.

They claim in the lease that ANY furniture attached to the walls they get to keep! I found this out the hard way when they had been in my apartment for something then a letter showed up saying by the way... when you move out... these items are now ours!!!!

A bill just showed up in the mail from a company in Florida saying they are charing me $100 for water, sewer and a $30 application fee... I called and asked who are they... They said, your apartment complex has asked us to bill all the tenants we are doing what we are told. I said I pay water every month with my rent and I am not paying twice and for all this extra stuff... I never established an account with this company!

How can the apartment share my name with another company and have them to just start sending me a random bill!!!!!!!!

I also heard they are not renewing leasing as they have sold the property but no one knows yet. This is why they are building a new parking deck to meet codes required before they can market the sale of more units.

I am paying the money to break my lease... I have to get away from here!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

It is the owner of your condo you should be mad at. If you put furniture up in any place you lease from they'd make you pay...you put holes in brick! Think about it! All the stuff you are complaining about has to do with what youuuuu signed up for! Your stupidity makes your complaint bunk to people who may purchase a property for themselves!
