The Reality...

The reality is that some people expect too much. Those who expect too much, complain too much. I own one of the lofts, and I've had a great experience. I've been a renter before, and I've had horrible experiences. If renters are feeling all of this aggression, then at least direct it at the right place. It's not the property that is so bad. The lofts are one of the most amazing and unique properties in Atlanta. If you don't like who you are leasing your loft from, then just get over it and move on. Dealing with those people goes with the territory of renting. Why do you think there is a negative stereotype for landlords/leasing managements' This is nothing new that you've stumbled upon. Instead of spending time complaining, put your efforts towards finding and owning your own place. And by the way, you complain about the mess in the elevators and the noise in your building. Who can you blame for that other than yourselves-the renters!

By the way genius - YOu're the laughing stock of the owning community around you. Those lofts are gigando pieces of shat and you will lose money trying to resell. duh...

I love your screen name. It's so clever, and it shows how obsessed and unbalanced you are. I'm not going to take your word on what owners in the community are thinking when you aren't an owner yourself. Thanks for entertaining me with your ignorant ranting though!

Our problem was not with fellow tenants, but with all the people who don't live there that treat the property like their midnight playground. Anybody can get on property and the codes to the buildings must be written on bathroom walls! Drunk guys who don't live there and don't have access to a bathroom urinate off of the roof decks every weekend. When their urine soaks into your ceiling, how fast are you going to put together that down payment?
