absolute nightmare

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Don't be seduced by the beauty of these old buildings. Your neighbors will keep you awake all hours. Their cigarette smoke will penetrate your HVAC system. There will be dog feces in the halls. The management will act as if you work for them and ignore your complaints. RUN AWAY as fast as you can unless you are a crack dealer for whom this would make a perfect base of operation.
