It seems great at first, but trust me... its the WORST
the management DOES NOT care about you.
I have stayed here out of laziness...and should have left after the first year!

I am just writing to support your review. I actually tried to take the management on for their poor performance. I agree, not only are they poor managers, they really don't care about renters. If you are renting there, get out! Also, be careful that you do not comment on how you feel about them on their property. FCM is the only place I know where speaking ill of the management is explicitly restricted in their rental agreement. That should tell you (and should have told me) something about them. While I never like to hear that someone else has had to deal with the FCM management, it is refreshing that people are still vocal about them. Best of luck in getting out.

to: Anonymous response (8/29/07) - the rental lease used is the standard lease used by the top 400 management companies in Georgia. Oh, please provide chapter and verse for "speaking ill of the management".
