This place is really beautiful. It's the co-tenants that make it have all of the negative feedback everyone is talking about. Inside the apartment, which is where you spend most of the time in an apartment community... is mostly ok.

Does smoke come in through the HVAC or Walls' Yes. It really sucks
Do people leave trash in the hall like the maids are coming' Yes.
Are there party kids here that make a lot of noise' Yes.
Are the walls thin' Yes.

Is this place in a great location' Yes.
Is it close to walk to nightlife' Yes.
Is it a good place for a student or young professional' Yes.

The bottom line is if you expect peace, quiet, and solitude... don't move into a comunal living experience. This stupidity is to be expected when you gather hundreds of people into one place. The pool is great, the rooftop views are amazing, and the place looks so cool at night.

As far as the management, they are a little rude at times, but have always been punctual about any issues I've had. Overall, it's no worse or no better than any other corporate run apartment community. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Your mama gives the best deal of all. Uhhh....How about 97 estoria? There are a couple of other bars that are walking distance.

cabbagetown is right next door. You've got Carroll Street Cafe, Milltown Arms, Estoria, etc. If you don't want to deal with intown living i.e. "crack dealers", go back OTP. You don't belong here.
