This is the worst place I have ever lived. They took away the gym and moved it into the laundry room. Which by the way could not be accessed for several weeks due to the sewage that had flooded the entire ground floor. Disgusting!

My own apartment has been flooded before and I was woken up early in the morning to have maintenance rush in. Don't waste the 50 dollars on the clicker to get in the gate because you will have to continually go to the office to have it reactivated.

As a non smoker it is disgusting to live next door to a smoker because it smells like they are smoking in your apartment.

The office closes early almost everyday so get there early if by 5PM if you want to speak with anyone.

Overall this place has just gotten worse, and more disgusting since I moved in. WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!...unless you sell drugs like my old neighbor.

Now for the truth about the flood: It did occur. The City of Atlanta was separating the storm/sewer lines in the middle of Boulevard and made a mistake in the process. THe renters were either moved or their leases terminated. THe City paid the residents for their trouble. The apartments were cleaned and rebuilt and are now occupied. THe fitness center was not useable due to the flood as well. The center is now rebuilt and the laundry is operational. Strange how facts tend to get in the way sometimes.

And that's ok with you? How about we come to your house and pump in some sewage and see if your ok with having your life turned upside down? City issues or the boogie man its NOT normal to have sewage flowing through an apartment. Perhaps you should have not been so greedy and built out units in a space so prone to flooding?
